JobCall provides an AI-powered Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system designed for property management companies. Our service includes automated call answering, emergency triage, call routing, work order creation, and a call management dashboard.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use JobCall only for its intended purpose of managing property maintenance calls. You are responsible for maintaining accurate on-call contact information and escalation settings for your properties.
3. Service Availability
JobCall strives to maintain 24/7 availability for call routing services. While we target high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
4. AI Classification Disclaimer
JobCall's AI-powered emergency classification is designed to assist in triage decisions but should not be the sole basis for emergency response protocols. Property management companies remain responsible for their own emergency response procedures and should maintain backup communication methods.
5. Data and Recordings
Call recordings and transcriptions are stored securely and made available through the JobCall dashboard. Customers retain ownership of their call data. JobCall may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve service quality.
